Return/Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

1. Items are in their original condition, with tags attached (if applicable).
2. Items are unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
3. Return/Exchange request is made within 5 days of delivery.

 

Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email hello@mohmaya.shop with the subject "Return/Exchange Request - Order #[Order Number]".
2. Provide the following information in the email:

a. Order Number
b. Reason for return/exchange
c. Item(s) to be returned/exchanged
d. Desired resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)

3. Attach a video proof of unboxing, showcasing the item(s) and any issues. 

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item(s):

  1. Full refunds will be issued for incorrect or damaged items from our end. 
  2. For size adjustments, a store credit refund will be issued.
  3. If refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received refund amount, please contact us at hello@mohmaya.shop 

 

Exchange Policy

Free Exchanges are available for size changes:

1. Exchange requests within 5 days of delivery.
2. Item(s) must be in original condition.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, sometimes the color of product you receive might be slightly different than its color on website as website images are photographed in studio lights; we will not be able to refund or exchange for this reason.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
